The concept in CBT is that you feel the way you think!

CBT is a form of therapy that focuses on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be unhelpful and often undermine our self confidence and self esteem, which can lead to feelings of low mood and depression.

By looking at the links between all three and working on negative or irrational thoughts we can work towards turning them into positive thoughts, which in turn changes our mood and behaviour in a positive way.

Negative and irrational thoughts can spiral stress and anxiety.  CBT is a highly effective therapy for managing and coping with stress, anxiety and emotional problems. It works on the principle that you can live happier and more productively if you’re thinking in healthy positive ways.
